Archaeology Then and Now: Unearthing Waddon Hill
Explore how excavation methods have evolved over the past 150 years. Journey through the site’s history, from its 19th-century discovery by quarry workers to 1960s excavations and today’s cutting-edge technology revealing earlier periods of occupation.
The exhibition features exciting finds, including a newly conserved Roman dagger, offering a unique opportunity to see how archaeology has uncovered the secrets of Roman Britain.
